On May 12nd 2017, Beroni Group held an IPO ceremony in Sydney, Australia. Important Persons included chairman of Beroni’s board of directors Zhang Boqing, president of NSX Ann Bowering, CEO of NSX John Williams, CEO of Eagle Investment Group Limited Tina and vice president Dennis, president of Australian OCH International Business Zhang Xianfang, Australian independent director of Beroni Group Peter, Beroni group’s investors and top management team attended the ceremony. This ceremony signifies a new page for Beroni Group which is the first Chinese biotechnological company listing in Australia.
