On the morning of the last day of December in 2019, Beroni China held its 2019 Work Summary Meeting. Mr. Jacky Zhang, Executive Chairman of Beroni Group, senior management of Beroni Group, principals of international branches and staff attended the meeting.
In the meeting, department heads of Beroni Group presented their work summary reports of 2019. Mr. Xiangxin Li, Leader of Marketing Department I, Mr. Bohua Zhang, Principal of Marketing Department II, Ms. Jiaxing Zhu, Project Manager of International R&D Center for Precision Medicine, Mr. Linfeng Li, President of Beroni USA, Ms. Wei Luo, Director of International Finance Center, Ms. Jing Yue, Director of HR Center, Ms. Qianru Wang, Director of CEO General Office and Mr. Haiming Yuan at President Office summarized the working in 2019 and shared 2020’s work plan on behalf of the whole department. Besides, Mr. Xiaosheng Guan, the Project Leader of “Traffic Lights” in the Process of Growing Up – an important collaborative program of Beroni Group, had a comprehensive introduction to the establishment, developing process and future development planning of the project.
Mr. Jacky Zhang, Executive Chairman of Beroni Group comprehensively summarized Group’s working situations in 2019 and delivered the development strategy programming of Beroni Group in 2020 after the departments’ conclusion speeches. Mr. Jacky Zhang, praised the achievements in 2019 made by all staff and stated that we can succeed by continuously striving and working hard. At the end of meeting, Mr. Jacky Zhang encouraged all staff to stay positive and greet future challenges with full confidence.
In the afternoon of the day, the “Soaring 2020” New Year’s Gala of Beroni Group was held ceremoniously, during which all staff and friends of Beroni Group got together to celebrate new year and welcome the coming of year 2020.
At the beginning of The New Year’s Gala, all gusts watched the video about Beroni Group’s development in 2019 together, witnessing the fruitful achievements of the Group in the past year. Mr. Jacky Zhang, Executive Chairman of Beroni Group said: “With the adjustment and management to the Group, Beroni Group has improved its strategic planning and organization structure, enriched the Group’s international management team, scientific research team and marketing team. During its development process, Beroni Group always abides by international rules and brings benefits to people. In near future, Beroni Group will leverage on continuous international cooperation and capital markets’ power to launch global major projects and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, thus actualizing soaring 2020 of Beroni Group.”
In recognition of the outstanding employees and teams this year, Beroni Group has set up four awards: “The Most Potential New Staff in 2019”, “The Most Outstanding Staff in 2019”, “The Most Outstanding Manager in 2019” and “The Most Outstanding Team in 2019”. On the day of the gala, the group’s senior management presented awards to these outstanding employees of the year, thanked them for their hard work throughout the year, and encouraged all employees to make persistent efforts in the new year. In addition, the group has set up a special award to congratulate the families of employees with newborns, which reflects the humanistic care of Beroni Group.
Wonderful performances, exciting lucky draws and interesting games created a wonderful and joyous time to every participant and made the gala end successfully in a happy and peaceful atmosphere.
