On March 31st, the signing ceremony of a Practice Base Agreement between Tianjin Beroni Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Beroni Group and Shenyang University of Chemical Technology was held in Beroni’s China headquarters in Tianjin, which was presided over by Jiaxing Zhu, Director of Business Development Unit of International R&D Center for Precision Medicine.

Shenyang University of Chemical Technology founded in 1952 is a undergraduate university under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province. It is a national key university supported by the “National Basic Ability Construction Project of Western and Central China”, a base for the National Higher Education Discipline Innovation and Talent Introduction Plan, and one of the first 40 pilot units for the empowerment of scientific and technological achievements reform in China. It has been selected as database of top 100 comprehensive innovation reform cases of the National Development and Reform Commission and the science and technology system reform cases of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The contract amount for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from 2018 to 2020 ranks among the top universities in China. There are 16 schools in the university, including the School of Science, the School of Pharmaceutical and Biological Engineering, and the School of Chemical Engineering, which has provided a large number of high-quality talents for the industry for many years.
Zhenghu Jia, Vice President of Beroni Group and President of International R&D Center for Precision Medicine, and Jiaxing Zhu, Director of Business Development Unit of International R&D Center for Precision Medicine, respectively introduced the development history, strategic layout, scientist team, and main business of Beroni Group to the attending guests, and invited them to visit the exhibition hall and cultural display wall together. Jing Yue, HR Director, answered questions related to the graduates’ internship at the company. At the same time, she shared Beroni’s personnel structure and management, welfare benefits, internship and training, employee career promotion and cultivation with the attending guests. Secretary Ping Xu and Deputy Director Xiangfu Zeng comprehensively introduced Shenyang University of Chemical Technology in terms of educational process, subject construction, talent cultivation, employment direction and other aspects.
