On 13th May, 2020, Beroni Group Co., Ltd. (Beroni Group) and Beijing Health Industrial Investment Management Co., Ltd. (BG Health) signed a strategic cooperation agreement to collaborate in fields of medical treatment, health care and aged care. Mr. Jacky Zhang, Executive Chairman of Beroni Group, Mr. Duo Zheng, General Manager of BG Health, Vice General Manager Mr. Huadong Shan and Mr. Leiyu Xia attended the signing ceremony.
With improvement of the policy system and service capability in integrated medical and aging care field in China, the system of aged care is developing better. It’s a trend for “home-based care for the aged” to develop into “social provision for the aged”. In order to meet the requirements for health and care service of the aged people, Beroni Group takes the “precision medicine” and “integrated medical and aging care” as its core development program, integrates medical technology services and health management projects, to accelerate industrialization process of Beroni Group’s health care undertaking.
BG Health, established in 2012, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Enterprises Group Company Limited which is a large scale state-owned enterprise and a platform of investment and financing for infrastructure and public utility in Beijing. BG Health aims to establish a comprehensive company in health industry including services of medical treatment, health care and aged care.
Beroni Group and BG Health share the same innovative ideas and strategic orientation. Through this cooperation, both sides can give full play to their own strengths, to drive more collaboration in resources, markets and technologies.
In the meeting before signing ceremony, Mr. Jacky Zhang, Executive Chairman of Beroni Group warmly welcomed Mr. Duo Zheng and his companions. Mr. Jacky Zhang had a detailed introduction to Beroni Group’s business principle, global strategic layout, core business in scientific & technological innovation and international team of talented scientists, followed by Mr. Duo Zheng, General Manager of BG Health introducing GB Health’s present development situation. Both parties also had a in-depth talk in biotechnology and integrated medical and aging care fields.
Mr. Duo Zheng said in the meeting: “Beroni Group has great practice in internationalization of capital market, scientific and technological cooperation, transformation of innovative achievements and product market. Beroni Group is stepping into a brighter and better future. While GB Health has strong resources for medical and aged care. BG Health and Beroni Group will jointly develop medical business and actively promote commercialization of innovative products, to achieve win-win development.”
Mr. Huadong Shan, Vice General Manager and Chairman of the Labor Union of BG Health, highly praised Beroni Group as a “modern, internationalized enterprise with Chinese characteristics” and Beroni’s corporate culture construction. He said that BG Health attaches great importance to the health management of its 4 million union members. Beroni Group has powerful biological technology. He hopes to have further cooperation with Beroni Group to provide various welfare services for union employees.
Mr. Peng Jiang, Director of Planning & Consultation Department of Silk-road Industry and Finance International Alliance, said, Beroni Group and BG Health both are partners of Silk-road Industry and Finance International Alliance (SIFIA) and have strong strength in capital, talents and resource reserve.
