In order to enhance the cohesiveness and centripetal force of Beroni team and enrich the cultural life of employees, Beroni Group organized a team building activity with the theme of “unite as ones, strive for good achievements, determination, become stronger”. The team building activity have narrowed the distance between different departments, let everyone actively integrate into Beroni family and enjoy a happy weekend together.
On the first day, everyone embraced the cold weather and rode mountain scooters enthusiastically in Lishugou scenic spot. All members helped each other to wear protective gear, listened carefully to the essentials of riding mountain scooters, and then safely and excitedly reached the finish line in competition with each other!
In addition, there are also some physical and mental challenges during the activity. All members had an exciting and interesting competition of “The Strongest Team” in Shilin Gorge Scenic Spot. During the “Ice-breaking Activity”, all members was divided into six teams, each team drew their own team flag, shouted their team slogans, greatly promoting mutual understanding among team members.
During the game “Fantastic Thinking Activity” everyone not only enjoyed the charm of nature, but also showed the spirit of teamwork. In order to get higher scores, everyone performed boldly in front of the camera, assisted each other, and tried to climb to the mountain top faster. All members actively participated, gave full play to their own advantages and put forward their own ideas to help their team complete tasks.
As all members get closer to the end, the mountain road becomes steppers and steppers. For the team honor, all team members supported each other and finally reached the top of the mountain and the “UFO” viewing platform to enjoy the wonderful scenery. Through the mountain climbing activity, all members knew each other better and the relationship between them has become better.
After the fierce team competition, the team building preparatory group prepared a special birthday party for 12 staff who born in October. The sudden surprise made everyone feel the warmth of Beroni family. All members sang birthday song for the 12 colleagues who made good wishes together. The birthday party made Beroni family more warm, and brought colleagues closer together.
The last day morning, all members went to the Jinhai Lake to enjoy the wonderful scenery, breath fresh air and relax.
The Chinese proverb said, “Thousand people concentric, thousand people came to power; ten thousand people of disloyalties do not have a human of using.” It means that if a thousand people unite as ones, they can exert the power of more than thousand people. However, if ten thousand people are disunity, the power may be less than a person’s strength! In a team, everyone is very important, they have their own responsibilities.
